Disclaimer: This is not my own recipe, so don’t think I’m all that talented in the kitchen. This came from a Philadelphia Cream Cheese insert, I think from Homemaker’s, eons ago. I make these every Christmas, some for us and some for gifts. They are super easy, if messy and a bit time consuming. Although the prep time is listed as 25 minutes, I think it’s longer, particularly with the waiting for the mixture to chill.
And they are DELICIOUS!
